Repair Shop Foreman

Lead a team of technicians and general service staff by supervising daily operations, coaching on diagnostics, and maintaining high-quality repairs and shop efficiency. Audit repair orders daily to ensure complete notes and correct parts, while overseeing comebacks and warranty issues to prevent repeat mistakes. Coordinate ongoing training, set clear expectations for attendance and production goals, and assist the GM with recruiting, interviewing, and workflow dispatching. Continue functioning as a technician to ensure leadership responsibilities do not compromise customer service or shop quality.
