Job Summary
Repair Services Associate 1 performs basic servicing of customer products, including diagnosing, repairing, and testing to restore functionality; inspects for defects, tests post-repair functionality, documents repair processes and parts used, communicates repair updates and timelines, adheres to safety protocols, and collaborates with team to meet repair goals in a hybrid in-office environment (Buffalo Grove, IL). Wage is $17.50/hour with a Day Shift, Monday through Friday, and the role includes incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
