Job Summary
The Repair Service Representative I is responsible for receiving customer guitars, diagnosing repair needs, estimating prices for repairs, and documenting conditions on service tickets. Essential duties include inspecting and playing guitars, assisting customers, managing communication about repair status through calls and emails, processing orders and payments, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates must possess customer service skills and basic knowledge of guitar parts along with the ability to adapt to various customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Three to five years related experience and/or training
- Basic knowledge of guitar parts
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications
- Ability to operate and navigate through Syspro and CRM
- Ability to operate Shortel phone systems
- Ability to operate RFID scanners
