Job Summary
Run 4–5 company-provided leads daily, inspect roofs and exterior components to diagnose issues, and build scopes of work with a provided laptop. Present and close residential repair jobs onsite or follow up with homeowners on roof leaks, pipe boots, soffit/fascia issues, and minor siding repairs. Maintain consistent follow-up to convert opportunities while working closely with repair technicians who complete the jobs. Deliver excellent customer experience from inspection to sale. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Company vehicle, laptop, PTO, medical, and 401(k) provided.
Required Qualifications
- Strong roofing or exterior construction knowledge
