Job Summary

Assess repair needs on assigned projects by arranging site visits with homeowners and the Associate Director of Repairs; develop budgets, obtain bids for subcontracted work, and manage communication with stakeholders. Track the life cycle of work through accurate documentation, prepare project summaries, and coordinate change orders for both self-performed and subcontracted projects. Resolve warranty claims by managing solutions with necessary parties and ensuring compliance with lead-safe practices and permitting requirements. Research contractors and suppliers, foster community partnerships, and generate content for grant applications while tracking repair statistics. Work occasional evenings and weekends; salary negotiable.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of project administration, relevant field experience or comparable proven skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail

  • Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and database software
