Repair Order Administrator

Manage the full repair order lifecycle for Air France Industries KLM Engineering, including receipt of materials, issuance of repair orders, vendor coordination, and shipment to shops or customers. Perform incoming goods inspections, determine in-house versus subcontracted repairs, and issue orders while updating the IT system and scanning documentation into Doremi and Gold. Monitor contract economics, analyze vendor quotes, dispute discrepancies, and approve charges to ensure compliance with contractual terms. Expedite repairs to meet customer turnaround times, manage warranty negotiations, and oversee quality control upon unit return. Maintain accurate inventory, support customer needs, and challenge existing processes to improve service levels and reduce costs.
