Inspect and repair pallets using hand tools while applying safe working practices and meeting quality targets. Perform manual handling and housekeeping tasks, support automation processes, and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment. Uphold professional conduct and timekeeping standards. This role requires experience in a production or repair environment, comfort with manual handling, and willingness to learn automation.
