Job Summary
Inspect pallets for damage and determine necessary repairs, utilizing tools like sawzalls, nail guns, and ohmmeters to assess electrical components. Repair and reinforce pallets to ensure they meet safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. This role requires frequent lifting up to 65 lbs and safe operation of machinery. Training is provided, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish facilitates teamwork. Weekly pay and health insurance are available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely
- Proficiency in using an ohmmeter for electrical testing
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment
- Must be available for shifts including 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs.
