Job Summary
Lead inspection, repair, and maintenance of field tools and equipment with minimal supervision, independently managing complex troubleshooting and advanced machinery fixes. Execute daily operations including toolbox talks, Job Hazard Analysis, and safety meetings while proactively identifying and correcting operational issues. Oversee work areas, mentor less experienced technicians on safety protocols, part inspection, and equipment handling, and guide them through proper documentation and time tracking. Perform continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and equipment readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry as an R&M Technician
- extensive knowledge in advanced repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven ability to perform complex diagnostics and repairs independently
- Strong understanding of technical manuals
- ability to work with minimal supervision

- Understanding basic mathematical concepts for measurements and equipment maintenance
- Independently performs complex repairs
- Applies critical thinking to independently solve complex problems
