Job Summary
Conduct repair and maintenance support for multiple franchise stores, handling basic electrical, light plumbing, painting, and equipment replacement while maintaining existing assets. Perform all duties with minimal disruption to operations, keeping records of day-to-day activities and expense reports. Manage time to meet specified deadlines and comply with OSHA rules while traveling to Fresno several times per month for overnight stays. Own your own truck, tools, and insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of general maintenance experience
- Experience with plumbing
- Experience with HVAC
- Experience with electrical
- Experience with tile
- Experience with light carpentry
- Experience with construction
- Knowledge and experience using general repair tools and equipment
- Own your own truck
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Own your own tools
- Ability to work a fulltime flexible schedule
- Willingness to travel to Fresno several times per month
- Willingness for overnight stays
