Job Summary
The Repair & Maintenance Team member is responsible for fixing and maintaining restaurant equipment, specifically focusing on mechanical equipment like broilers and fryers. This role requires 3+ years of experience in repairing restaurant equipment, with a preference for Electrician experience. Candidates must be adaptable, efficient, and capable of performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, painting, and HVAC system maintenance if certified. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience repairing restaurant equipment
- Experience fixing mechanical equipment, especially hot sides like broilers and fryers
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Proficient in the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Electrical / HVAC / EPA certifications preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
- Ability to perform physical tasks for up to 10 hours a day
