Repair/Maintenance Laborer

Perform general repairs and maintenance on company facilities, equipment, and property, including completing preventative maintenance on machinery, tools, and equipment. Assist with mechanical repairs on heavy equipment, trailers, and railcars while operating hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, drills, and impact tools. Execute basic welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication as needed, alongside painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs. Load, unload, move, and organize materials using forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, and man lifts as trained. Inspect equipment to report maintenance or safety concerns, keeping shop areas, work sites, and company property clean and organized. Perform yard maintenance including mowing, weed trimming, snow removal, and debris cleanup as required. Follow preventative maintenance schedules, complete assigned work orders, and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies. Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations, making safety a priority while assisting other departments with labor tasks as business needs require.
