Job Summary
Oversee overall maintenance of guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel environment. Manage daily repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades while maintaining at least five to six years of progressive experience in hotel or related fields. Hold a required Puerto Rico Electrical License and demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish, along with Windows platform computer knowledge. This role supports Fairmont El San Juan Hotel's commitment to providing lively vibes and peaceful ocean views at the award-winning resort on Isla Verde Beach.
Required Qualifications
- High school, Vocational or Technical school graduate
- Ability to speak English and Spanish
- Computer knowledge (windows platform)
- Required experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry
- At least five to six years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
- Puerto Rico Licenses on Electrical

- Some hospitality experience preferred
