Job Summary
Repair Executive responsible for reviewing the reason and condition of removed aircraft and engine components, issuing repair orders to approved vendors, and ensuring turnaround times and regulatory requirements are met. The role involves coordinating with customers on repair reviews, assisting vendor registration, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering timely actions while promoting Asia Digital Engineering’s brand and customer advocacy. Requires a diploma (engineering/related fields) and at least 2 years of experience (fresh graduates considered), with strong negotiation, project management, documentation, and stakeholder-management abilities in English and Bahasa. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in engineering, business administration or IT (minimum)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in engineering/business IT
- Fresh graduates considered
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven with strong communication skills
