Repair engineer/Project manager

Job Summary
Develop estimates for gas turbine component overhauls by generating repair quotations and work scopes using Dynamics 365. Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to define repair methods, control costs, and resolve technical issues throughout the repair cycle. Manage multiple projects using Microsoft Project to meet monthly deliverables and budget targets, including ordering materials and writing purchase orders. Create inspection and repair forms, specifications, and component drawings (2D/3D) while evaluating results for rotating and stationary components. Optimize production workflows and maintain flow test equipment. Work with sales representatives to provide technical support during customer meetings and attend bid interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field / equivalent experience and training
- Knowledge in rotating/stationary equipment repairs or similar machinery
- Proficiency in all MS office software; particularly with Excel and Project
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced shop environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be knowledgeable of and enforce safety in all aspects and areas of the position, and with fellow co-workers throughout Sulzer's various environments, includes those of our customers and vendors
