Job Summary
Issue repair dispositions for machining, welding, coating, and pressure testing after drilling and inspection following all NOV procedures. Lead the repair team during major jobs while assisting vendors with technical support and WPS qualifications. Review QC inspection reports, finalize scope for quotes including BOMs, and provide cost estimations for third-party repairs. Perform PIB checks at all equipment stages and identify new vendors for the repair process. Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies while working closely with shop supervisors. Requires an engineering degree, three years of drilling equipment repair experience, and proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree/Diploma in related field
- 3+ Years Work Experience in Repair & Inspection of Drilling equipment
- Knowledge in Drilling Equipment Repair process
- Well verse to read mechanical drawings, electrical & hydraulic schematics
- Computer & Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge
- Verbal and written Communication
- Knowledge in ERP & Tracker system
- Basic Knowledge in cost estimation
