Job Summary
Liaise among marketing companies, repair shops, vendors, and customers while routing mobile repair technicians and overseeing transfer drivers. Monitor equipment in the field to strategically plan maintenance, organize maintenance campaigns, and audit repair records for quality assurance. Work closely with Roadside Assistance Team members and prospect relationships with service providers. Requires ability to work on call, general mechanical knowledge, and multi-unit-style management experience. Schedule includes on-call rotation with reasonable and predictable attendance.
