Repair Dispatch Manager

Liaise among marketing companies, centers, repair shops, vendors, and customers to coordinate maintenance and repair initiatives. Route and schedule mobile repair technicians to complete needed repairs while monitoring equipment in the field to strategically plan maintenance. Oversee transfer drivers and work closely with Roadside Assistance Team members to organize maintenance campaigns. Prospect and maintain relationships with service providers, then review and audit repair records to monitor outside garages for quality of work. This role requires on-call availability and general mechanical knowledge. U-Haul provides proprietary technology to assess field vehicles and offers a Technician Training Program covering Ford and GMC classes.
