Job Summary
Liaise among marketing companies, centers, repair shops, vendors, and customers to coordinate maintenance and repair initiatives. Route and schedule mobile repair technicians while monitoring field equipment to strategically plan maintenance campaigns. Oversee transfer drivers and audit repair records to ensure quality of work at outside garages. Prospect and maintain relationships with service providers, utilizing proprietary technology to assess and care for fleet vehicles. Work closely with Roadside Assistance Team members and lend assistance in additional areas as directed by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work on call
- General mechanical knowledge
- Multi-unit-style management experience
- Proficient computer skills (especially Microsoft Office)
- Reasonable and predictable attendance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
- Must not use nicotine products
