Repair Coordinator

Assess incoming tools to determine the appropriate repair path, manage repair orders, and communicate status updates with customers regarding invoicing and follow-ups. Collaborate with rental, customer service, and sales departments to ensure efficient operations, while maintaining accurate records, assisting with inventory counts, and handling warranty claims. Organize the warehouse to prepare for high volumes of tools and special events. This role supports Total Tool's mission to keep job sites running safely and efficiently across North America.
