Job Summary
Repair Coordinator responsible for planning, allocation, and safety/compliance for repair work; coordinate engineers and subcontractors, attend site meetings, write reports, monitor progress, and alert Field Repair Manager to issues; oversee completion of repairs, manage payment milestones, invoicing, and procurement of materials; investigate accidents/near-misses and prepare variations; interacts with customers professionally and reports data; NVQ in Administration or equivalent experience preferred; role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with attention to health and safety and regulatory processes.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ in Administration desirable or previous proven experience
- experience as Branch Administrator or Service Coordinator or Customer Service Administrator is desirable
- ability to plan, prioritise workloads and interpret/report data
