Job Summary
Implement a maintenance plan to ensure timely repairs and preventive tasks while prioritizing work based on urgency and operational needs. Coordinate with departments and external vendors to schedule activities that minimize production impact, conducting regular inspections to identify repair requirements. Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for repairs across plumbing, electrical, fuel, car wash, and HVAC systems. Submit accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports and equipment histories. Perform heavy-duty jobs involving lifting, working at heights, and truck driving for moving supplies. Continuously train and improve initiatives to optimize practices while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Can drive a truck with a bed that can be used for moving equipment and supplies as needed for the job.
- Ability to perform heavy duty Jobs for lifting and working at heights.
- Proven experience in repair and maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various equipment and facilities maintenance.
- Understand mechanical and electrical related equipment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures.
