As a Repair & Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations. The role requires strong mechanical skills and experience in maintenance, excellent communication and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and customer service skills. A valid driver's licence is necessary, and an agricultural background is considered an asset.
