Job Summary
As a Repacker, assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization. Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump) and repack damaged product determined to be saleable. Record proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage. Properly record all dumped product. Assist with tracking of dated products to minimize product loss due to date issues. Keep work area clean and organized. Requires warehouse experience/foodservice knowledge, ability to use Excel, operate electric pallet jack, and willingness to work weekends/holidays on a rotation. Compensation includes benefits, pay range $20.68-$22.68/hour with a base rate between $25.00-$28.00/hour, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently
- Safely operate electric pallet jack
- Good communication skills – written and oral
- Working knowledge of Excel
