Job Summary
Repackaging Specialist responsible for repackaging surgical kit components, verifying contents, and documenting repackaging activities using SAP and Excel. Duties include sorting by part and lot numbers, generating documents such as Repackaging and Labeling Records (RLR) and Instructions for Use (IFU), applying correct labels, packaging individual components, performing second-level verification against the Set Quality Inspection Specification (SQIS), transferring SAP records from the 2nd Verification warehouse to the Set warehouse, and relocating sets as needed. Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with medical device handling and packaging QA standards. Requires proficiency with SAP and Excel, strong attention to detail, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Familiarity with medical device handling a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows OS
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
