Job Summary
Part-time Rep – Players Club on the casino floor responsible for communicating the Player’s Club program, informing guests about services and amenities, promoting the program, approving/issuing comps within guidelines, coordinating comp paperwork and reservations for mid/high-end guests, handling guest interactions, and performing data entry and administrative duties. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, background check, and compliance with gaming licensing. Strong guest relations, English communication, phone etiquette, and multitasking across customer service, VIP amenities, and promotional events are essential; ability to stand for extended periods and work varied shifts. Familiarity with casino marketing, guest recognition programs, and basic Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications as per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission
