Rep I - Customer Service handles inbound inquiries, processes orders via phone/fax/email/web, verifies pricing and delivery, communicates terms, assists with returns and credit decisions, maintains customer data, sets up new accounts, coordinates with Sales Account Managers, and ensures documentation and data integrity across databases.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- additional specialized courses or Associates Degree in related field
- customer service/sales experience preferred
- proficiency in MS Office
- ability to learn RentalMan or similar software
- data entry and order entry proficiency
- ability to communicate terms and conditions effectively
- ability to handle confidential information
- teamwork orientation
- strong interpersonal and written communication skills
