Job Summary
Handle incoming and outbound calls to resolve account requests, research processing inquiries, and prepare correcting entries including reversals and rejects. Identify and resolve problems while ensuring follow-up on research items, and proactively suggest service efficiency enhancements and process improvements. Maintain knowledge of core transfer agency functions, business applications, and on-line tools to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
