Job Summary
Deliver superior customer service through order entry, bid processing, and outbound sales follow-up. Resolve general customer issues, identify add-on business opportunities, and act as a liaison between external customers and the internal organization. Compile customer database and follow-up information while gathering and disseminating product and service details. This role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience with 1-2 years in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time in San Francisco with competitive compensation and benefits including 401(k).
