Job Summary
Senior Health-focused Business Analyst on a 1-year contract with potential extension. Duties include gathering and analyzing requirements across health care/IT projects, collaborating with agency assets and product owners to create/update/refine user stories and maintain backlog, driving priorities, and delivering under tight deadlines. Document solutions using Agile methods and support end-to-end functional testing with test scripts. Hybrid work arrangement with office location in Toronto, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years working experience as a Business Analyst on Health care/IT projects
- 3+ years of working experience on medium-to-high complexity Agile initiatives
- Experience collecting and analyzing requirements (business, integration, data, non-functional) for new builds/enhancements
- Experience creating/updating/refining user stories with product owners/vendors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery dates under pressure
- Experience documenting business and system solutions using Agile methodology
- Experience supporting the development of end-to-end functional testing and test scripts
