Job Summary
Load and unload customer equipment, inspect gear before and after rentals, clean and fuel the fleet, and stage items for upcoming reservations. Maintain an organized rental yard, assist with deliveries and pickups, and safely operate forklifts and rental machinery. Report damage and maintenance concerns while helping keep the facility clean and safe. Cross-train in other departments as needed. This role is vital to delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring equipment is ready for every rental.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work safely throughout the workday
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus (training provided)
