Job Summary
Follow all safety protocols while assisting with basic service, inspection, and cleaning of rental equipment. Wash returned gear, roll and service gas hoses and ducting, and maintain a clean, organized yard and shop environment. Perform general upkeep tasks like sweeping, organizing inventory, and disposing of waste materials. Help load and unload equipment for deliveries, ensure proper securing and documentation for transport, and assist in the installation and teardown of heaters at job sites. Support field crews as needed and perform all other duties assigned. This physically demanding role requires a commitment to safety compliance, physical stamina for outdoor conditions, and the ability to work overtime or after hours. Previous yard or equipment rental experience is a plus.
