Job Summary
Prepare tools for shipment, assemble and disassemble work tools with proper labeling, and maintain yard cleanliness. Properly dispose of received tools and make final inspections of equipment before customer receipt, verifying inventory ID numbers, fuel levels, and rental-ready conditions. Assist Rental, Parts, and Service departments by greeting customers, directing them to appropriate areas, and helping with loading and unloading rental equipment. Provide start/stop and general operating instructions on rental equipment, install service tags on returned gear, and perform light maintenance or washing as needed. Requires ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays; occasional heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to outside weather.

- Ability to work overtime as a job requirement dependent of department needs, as well as occasional weekend, holiday or evening work
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
- Must occasionally do heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
- Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles
- Required travel up to 5%
