Job Summary
Select and adjust rental and safety equipment for guests and employees, ensuring all rental outlets remain clean, tidy, and stocked with equipment in excellent working condition. Provide exceptional service to resort guests and employees while merchandising products and displays to maximize sales and profitability. Adhere to SPRLLP health and safety policies and the current Employee handbook, maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Requires experience with ski and snowboard adjustment, technical apparel knowledge, inventory management, and Point-of-Sale systems. Full winter season contract eligible for a $1/hour incentive upon completion. Required Qualifications
- Experience with the adjustment, maintenance and fitting of skis and snowboards
- Understanding of technical outdoor apparel and equipment
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service (external and internal customers)
- Confident, self-motivated and able to maintain an outgoing, positive attitude
- Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Reasonable understanding of inventory management and computerized Point-of-Sale systems
- A community-focused mindset and a passion for the outdoors
- Must be able to lift 10kg
- Physical presence at the designated location
