Job Summary
The Rental Technician will conduct inspections and minor repairs of machinery, ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely work. Responsibilities include completing initial rental inspections, equipment condition reports, performing basic maintenance, diagnosing service issues, and testing safety and operational capabilities. The position requires a high school diploma and is enhanced by mechanical experience and knowledge of construction machinery. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical or equipment operation experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable in the operation, maintenance and basic mechanical repair of construction machinery
- Trade-specific tooling, including hand and pneumatic tools
- Ability to perform maintenance functions on equipment
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency in completing tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or certificate from technical school preferred
- Strong computer skills

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
