Job Summary
Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, expertly fitting boots, skis, snowboards, and poles to prepare them for the slopes. Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert and share your knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide guests toward the right equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions while maintaining a fun, friendly shop experience. This role requires flexibility for holidays, weekends, and split shifts, with a standing requirement of up to 25 lbs. Candidates must be outgoing, love winter sports, and possess basic computer skills for transactions and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
- You're good on your feet (literally � standing for hours is no big deal)
