Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience. Expertly fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles while sharing knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide guests toward the right equipment. Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert, then troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions. Maintain basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation while standing for hours and lifting up to 25 lbs. Flexible with your schedule to accommodate holidays, weekends, and split shifts.
Required Qualifications
