Job Summary
Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, expertly fitting boots, skis, snowboards, and poles, and troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure safety and comfort before guests hit the slopes. Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert while sharing knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide guests toward the right equipment. Maintain a friendly shop experience by answering technical questions and providing solutions for gear problems. Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and split shifts is required, with the ability to stand for hours and lift up to 25 lbs. Basic computer skills for transactions and documentation are needed alongside strong English fluency. This role supports Christy Sports' mission to help people experience the mountain lifestyle through authentic relationships and expert service.
