Job Summary
Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and friendly shop experience. Expertly fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles while sharing knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide guests toward the right equipment. Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert, then troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions. Other duties may be assigned. Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and split shifts. Full-time role with $18.00-$18.50/hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
- You're good on your feet (literally � standing for hours is no big deal)
- can lift up to 25 lbs
