Job Summary
Assist clients in finding residential and commercial rental properties, providing expert advice on agreements, pricing, and the rental process. Conduct property showings, communicate with landlords, and negotiate lease terms while maintaining a database of potential clients through lead generation. Stay current with market trends, property laws, and regulations to manage multiple clients with excellent service. Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners to ensure a smooth rental experience. This role requires RECO and TRREB licensing or completion of Humber College's Real Estate Salesperson Program. Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)
- Must be a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) in good standing
- Open to recent graduates who have completed Humber College's Real Estate Salesperson Program and are working toward full licensing
