Job Summary
The Rental Service Field Technician I is responsible for providing high-quality repair service on equipment to meet customer needs promptly. Key responsibilities include completing assigned jobs on time, maintaining accurate paperwork for work orders and parts orders, diagnosing issues, recommending repairs, and applying general failure analysis for accurate diagnostics. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for 1-3 years of related experience, preferably hold a CDL, and have a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work various schedules is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to complete and/or obtain required licenses, certifications, and/or registrations
- Must be able to obtain or currently possess adequate tooling to perform duties
Desired Qualifications
- CDL preferred
- Knowledge of Database software
- Knowledge of Internet software
- Knowledge of Manufacturing software
- Knowledge of Order processing systems
