Rental Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance, installations, and emergency repairs while optimizing schedules to ensure efficient use of resources. Facilitate site entry and mobilization requirements, monitor technician availability, and adjust plans for urgent requests. Assess customer service needs to recommend tailored service plans, ensure costs are applied to work orders, and generate invoices post-service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases, and prepare reports on service utilization and effectiveness. Collaborate with sales and parts departments to ensure seamless delivery and foster positive relationships with technicians and customers. Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- 'C' class driver's license
