Rental Service Agent - Part-time

Job Summary
Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and briefings while handling service recovery and emergencies with empathy. Prepare and perform RV demonstrations to showcase features and convert rental customers into sales opportunities by tracking leads in the CRM. Maintain deep product knowledge of RV models to troubleshoot issues and ensure all documentation is accurate during handovers. This hands-on role requires standing for extended periods, lifting items up to 15 kg, and working outdoors in varying weather. Candidates must hold a valid Category B driving license and possess strong communication skills to manage diverse customer emotions. You will receive comprehensive training in sales, product knowledge, and technical systems within a multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers
- Driving License (Category B)
- English proficiency
- Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day
- Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules
- Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism
