Job Summary
Conduct check-ins and check-outs, manage service recovery, and perform RV demonstrations to showcase features and convert leads into buyers. Handle ongoing rental support, track customer interactions in the CRM, and troubleshoot basic vehicle systems like lighting and gas. Ensure all documentation is accurate and escalate technical issues as needed while maintaining high standards across every interaction. This role requires a driving license and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers
- Driving License (Category B)
- English Proficiency
- Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day
- Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules
- Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism
