Job Summary
Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and briefings while handling service recovery and emergencies with empathy. Prepare and perform RV demonstrations to showcase features and convert leads into buyers by tracking opportunities in the CRM. Maintain product knowledge of RV models and troubleshoot technical issues like lighting or gas systems. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lifting light items, and manage flexible weekend and peak-season schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers
- Driving License (Category B)
- Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day
- Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules
- Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism
