Rental Service Agent

Job Summary
Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and briefings while managing service recovery and emergencies with empathy. Prepare and perform RV demonstrations to showcase features and convert rental customers into sales opportunities by tracking leads and following up in the CRM. Maintain technical knowledge of vehicle systems to troubleshoot issues and ensure all documentation is accurate during handovers. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, handling light to moderate items while remaining adaptable under pressure. Requires a Category B driving license, proficiency in rental systems, and the ability to manage peak-season schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers
- Driving License (Category B)
- English proficiency
- Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day
- Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules
- Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism
