Job Summary
Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and briefings while handling service recovery and emergencies with empathy. Perform RV sales demonstrations to showcase features and convert rental customers into buyers by tracking leads and following up in the CRM. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models and troubleshoot basic system issues like lighting or gas. Ensure all documentation is accurate and handovers are smooth across rental and sales operations. This role combines operational execution with professional product presentation to drive commercial results.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems
- Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers
- Driving License (Category B)
- English proficiency
- Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day
- Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules
- Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism
