Job Summary
Rental Service Agent handles customer-facing rental operations and RV sales demos to convert leads; responsibilities include check-ins/check-outs, briefings, ongoing rental support, performing RV demonstrations, documenting transactions, tracking leads in CRM, and supporting RV Sales District targets. Must have 1-3 years in relevant fields, be organized and proactive with strong communication, and hold a Category B driving license; English is required with Italian as a nice-to-have. The role involves outdoor depot work, standing/walking for extended periods, and flexibility to work weekends/peak seasons. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments

- English and Nice to have: Italian proficiency
