Job Summary
Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences, process rental agreements accurately, and promote additional products to meet sales targets. Inspect vehicles for damages before and after rental periods, detail them to business standards, and refuel and transport cars. Address customer inquiries professionally while maintaining knowledge of current promotions to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays with a valid Australian driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
- Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
- Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing)
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Car rental experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Confident using computer systems and technology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
