Job Summary
Establish new business opportunities through sales calls within branch territory and educate customers on equipment through product presentations and demos. Manage pre-planning, post-call notes, and follow-up actions using the CRM tool while providing problem resolution to address customer needs. Seek out new markets and optimize opportunities to increase profitability, adhering to all safety rules and training requirements. Represent ASCO in a positive and professional manner at all times. This role offers a guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company-provided vehicle, and 100% paid health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven sales ability
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups
- Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation and organizational skills
- Solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and G-suite platform
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
